CULTURE BOX
I have pursued my creative streak as a federally certified master painter, alongside general painting work in my own business—I have a weakness for everything artistic, whether it be painting, decoration, lettering, or sgraffito. This passion has led me to constantly develop my skills and learn new techniques. Today, I work in my studio at Doggilochstrasse 31 in Klosters, where I mainly dedicate myself to craftsmanship.
Welding is a special form of art for me that inspires and fascinates me. I collect scrap metal and transform it into unique art objects—I call it recycling with style! Each piece tells its own story and brings a new perspective to the world of art.
In addition to welding, I also paint pictures with a wide variety of subjects. I often draw inspiration from my sketchbooks, which I always carry with me. In them, I document my travels, leisure activities, and experiences—because you never know when the next brilliant idea will come. Art is not just a profession for me; it is a way of life that allows me to express my creativity and share it with others.
The opening will take place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 11 a.m. at KULTURBOX Klosters. This marks the 10th exhibition in this small gallery, which is housed in a former phone booth and located in a prime spot on Bahnhofstrasse in Klosters. The gallery is always accessible. The semi-annual exhibitions are curated and organized by the Cultural Alliance Davos/Klosters/Prättigau.
